November :: Autumn Blues & Few Escapes

A leaf fell on my floor :: After one of my classes I bought sushi products at the Nieuwmarkt, my new gastronomical adventure.

Andrea at breakfast :: Some leaves fell on the street

Strange light in my bedroom. Light!

On Saturdays I'm off to Utrecht for a workshop.
One day I encountered a band of black pete's
at the station.
:: Tulips at my moms house.

More flowers

More mom.

Oh, and she collects cats (statues)

The abandoned rails at Hoorn Station. Mi pueblo.

I sit and wait on this platform to go to Amsterdam. First time must have been 1994.

Sara came for a couple of hours to do a workshop on Timebank at OccupyAmsterdam

It was quite an interesting night :: So was preparing Walden Dinner

The frescoed room

Food & company

Music & talk (and some dancing maybe)

While winter crept up.

And fog covered the country for days...

Or was I out of focus?

Curious trees near Binnenhof, where the parliament and government resides in The Hague.

Unpolitical fog on the pond of the Binnenhof.

Back to Amsterdam

And quickly back to The Hague for the Walden Dinner Eve. Artists and scientists together, discussing
a number of philosophical & personal topics.

Sara :: In the same room again

Late nights mean unfamiliar beds.

Next to me the shape of a beautiful instrument.

Orange & White

Back home, where I try to enjoy sparse winter sun & market visits.
